Some minutes at the terminal, till I found a properly-priced bus to Ambato: someone wanted to charge me the triple -though that meant $2.50 more-.

Pedro Ruiz, besides being the name of a terrible spanish comedian, is a town in the Tarapoto-Chiclayo route (or Tarapoto-Piura, as it was the case of the bus I was in). A town where I had to stop to get to Chachapoyas. Waiting for the shared taxi to fill up, I tasted an exquisite and economic (2 soles) chicken sandwich.
