Second time in Trujillo, hometown of Pizarro and some others, eh. Definitively, hard HDR doesn’t work good with clear skies (the aura effect looks pretty obvious and hideous).

From Santiago to Valpo, Valpo to Laguna, Laguna to Valpo, and then Santiago again… among three places, with a bigger presence of Valparaíso. From Dorada to Escudo, and occasionally piscola… but avoiding the excesses that render me remorseful. Like Keops.
Unpunctual games with Claudia, with growing feelings, not very far from being mawkish, and limited by an hindrance sadly perceived. And Juande appearing and vanishing repeatedly. Eventually working at the hostel, but otherwise a quite work-free existance, which I should use wiser.
“The mansion on the waning moon”, partially written (of course, in spanish). Easier and more rewarding than other longer projects. “Roswell”, stalled, because of the laryngitis (I assume) and the fear of visualizing rhythmic structures uncommon in metal or rock (not considering Meshuggah and others)… the badness and goodness of Diego having some percussionist training. Gotta practice.
Sharing room with Daniel and Puru. Partying, until it becomes boring or annoying… something which is lately turning likely.
Cold… and more people that reappeared, though I was the reappeared myself.

With Cynthia to Anakena (where we baptized Ralph). Then, at night, with Marina [cl], we slipped into a wedding. We met there Kathy. As everybody was drunk, there was no problem and our intrusion was ignored… everything was perfectly distorted thanks to ‘piscola’. Then Aaron, Giulio and Marc [nl] appeared.
After all that, the rest of us standing ended in Orongo, beholding the dawn, after having some rest. I blame my happiness and subsequent pain to that hugs. Bidding Anakena farewell.

Samurai! And trekking, and making pictures. Good tour, with Kathy, Aaron and Giulio. I’m the designated driver, in a non-alcoholic way. We arrive late to Hanga Roa and to our appointment with Cynthia. Night at Anakena, bonfire included… short and intense. And confusing.
That night… we talked about life, love, and other miseries.

Scuba diving with Kathy, where we meet, among others, Cynthia [cl]. Then, again to the beach, and musical deliria in some rapa nui’s home. Sunset with stoners, and back to the hostel… to enjoy a classic: scopetta, in a non-homosexual way. Nevertheless, we played with the spanish rules (more interesting), so it would be more accurate to say ‘escoba‘.

To the museum, and then Ahu Tahai. We end up in a small and seductive beach. As seductive as Kathy [cl], whom we meet there. And we talk, talk, talk until the sunset.
Night brings some nonsense. Taxi-loving Giulio and his failure… Bruce Douglas (worst/finest scotch whisky ever) appearing, appealing. Cat-bowling, sounds more cruel than it is (actually it was just an experiment on animal behaviour), but karma will make us pay (I would have been happy to be the cat, though).
